Founded by Amara, a former horse trainer and veterinary technician, the practice is grounded in years of hands-on care, intuitive awareness, and respect for the natural world. Specializing in Elemental Reiki, sessions gently work with the energies of Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Spirit to restore balance, release energetic blockages, and support the body’s natural ability to heal—offering grounding, clarity, alignment, and a sense of calm and renewal.
