Cancelation/No Show Policy

At Rooted Xaman, each session is thoughtfully prepared and held with intention. Your appointment time is reserved just for you (and your animal or space), and honoring that time helps maintain balance and respect for everyone involved.

Cancellations

• Same-day cancellations (within 24 hours of your scheduled session) are subject to a 15% charge of the service cost.

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are not charged.

No-Shows

• Appointments missed without notice are considered no-shows and will be charged 50% of the service cost.

Why this matters
Preparing for a Reiki session involves energetic preparation, scheduling, and dedicated time that cannot always be rebooked on short notice. These policies help honor the energetic exchange and sustainability of the work.

Rescheduling
If life shifts unexpectedly, please reach out as soon as possible. Whenever space allows, rescheduling may be offered at the practitioner’s discretion.
