1. Reiki Services

Because Reiki is a time-based service, all Reiki bookings are final and non-refundable.

Refunds are not provided for:

• Missed appointments

• Dissatisfaction with the energetic outcome

• Changes in personal circumstances

Sessions may be rescheduled with 24+ hours notice.

2. Handmade Products

Due to the nature of handmade and spiritual items, all sales are final unless:

• The item arrives damaged

• The wrong item was received

If an item arrives damaged:

• Contact us within 48 hours with photos

• We will offer a replacement or shop credit, depending on availability

We do not offer refunds for:

• Allergic reactions

• Change of mind

• Natural variations in stones, herbs, or materials

• Misuse of products

3. Digital Products

All digital downloads are non-refundable.

 

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or incorrect. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

5. Shipping Issues

Rooted Xaman is not responsible for:

• Delayed shipping

• Lost packages (once handed to the carrier)

• Incorrect addresses entered by the customer
