Reiki and handmade products are not substitutes for:

  • Medical treatment

  • Psychological care

  • Legal advice

  • Professional diagnosis

3. Customer Responsibilities

You agree that you:

  • Are solely responsible for your physical, emotional, and mental well-being

  • Will not discontinue medical treatment based on any Rooted Xaman service or product

  • Will use products safely and as instructed

  • Will disclose any sensitivities or concerns before Reiki sessions

 

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rooted Xaman and its owner(s) are not liable for:

  • Injuries or reactions to products

  • Allergies or sensitivities

  • Misuse of items

  • Outcomes or lack of outcomes from Reiki

  • Emotional, physical, or financial decisions you make

  • Damage during shipping (beyond provided shipping protections)

Your use of products and services is voluntary and at your own risk.

 

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, artwork, descriptions, and branding belong to Rooted Xaman and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

 

6. Appointment Policies

  • Reiki sessions require advanced booking

  • Missed appointments may be subject to cancellation fees

  • No-show sessions are non-refundable

 

7. Product Policies

  • Handmade products may vary slightly in appearance

  • Crystals, herbs, and natural materials may have imperfections

  • All items are sold as-is

  • Rooted Xaman is not responsible for misuse or allergic reactions

 

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Massachusetts, USA.
